Contact Management

The platform has a dedicated screen for contact management, where you can view, create, and manage all available contacts.

Contact management

On this screen, you can:

  • View all registered contacts
  • Filter contacts by User, Company, or Favorites
  • Search for contacts by name, email, or phone number
  • See how many envelopes are associated with each contact

Favoriting contacts

You can mark a contact as a favorite by clicking on the star icon.

Favorite contacts can be filtered quickly, making it easier to access your most frequently used contacts.

Creating a new contact

To add a new contact manually:

1. Click on the New Contact button.

2. Fill in the contact information:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone (optional)
  • Contact type

3. Click Save.

Platform administrators can also create company contacts, which are available to all users in the organization.

Other available actions

In the contact list, it is also possible to:

  • Add a company contact to your personal list
  • Delete contacts
  • View how many envelopes have already used that contact as a signatory

This makes it easier to organize and reuse contacts when sending documents.
