Credits: what are they and how to use them?

When you subscribe to one of our plans at https://assin.com.br/planos you get different benefits, such as credits and notification credits, for example. In this article we will explain a bit more about credits on the Assin platform.

What are credits?

Credits are the internal currency of our platform. Some types of actions on the platform have a “cost”, meaning they consume credits, such as sealing envelopes and requesting ICP-Brasil signatures. They are acquired when you subscribe to a plan, so instead of paying for each action separately, you purchase them along with the plan and use them according to your needs. This makes the process faster, more flexible, and more economical for you!

What are notification credits?

They work the same way as platform credits, but they are consumed only when sending notifications: when you send a contract for your client to sign via SMS, for example. Email notifications are not charged; only those sent via WhatsApp and SMS consume notification credits.

How many credits do I have?

To check how many credits you have available, simply look at the top bar of the Assin platform, on the right side. You will find two icons: the first one looks like a folder and shows the number of credits related to envelope creation; the second icon, shaped like a bell, shows the number of notification credits, which are the credits used for the platform’s notification services.

Credits are acquired when purchasing a plan and vary according to the chosen plan. Our plan for individuals, for example, includes 20 non-cumulative credits per month. For businesses we have 4 plan options:

Essential, with 30 credits per month.
Professional, with 120 credits per month.
Business, with 250 credits per month.

There is also the Custom plan, where you can choose the number of credits and notification credits according to your monthly needs.

Where can I use my credits?

To seal an envelope using blockchain technology to ensure security and immutability, you will consume 1 credit per included document. If your envelope contains 2 documents, sealing it will consume 2 credits.

The envelope information always shows how many credits will be consumed to seal the envelope and send it for signing. To view this information, simply look for the “Credits” heading.

To seal an envelope using blockchain technology and the ICP-Brasil certificate to ensure security and immutability, you will consume 3 credits per included document. If your envelope contains 2 documents, sealing it will consume 6 credits.

The envelope information always shows how many credits will be consumed to seal the envelope and send it for signing. To view this information, simply look for the “Credits” heading.

Send notification via WhatsApp or SMS

To send envelopes for signing via WhatsApp or SMS, notification credits are consumed for each delivery made.
