Difference between credit and notification credit

Within the platform there are some actions that consume credits. Sealing envelopes and sending notifications via SMS are some of the actions that consume credits. The quantity and type of credits may differ depending on the type of action, but they will be informed before the action is performed. For example: on the envelope information page, there is a heading called “Credits” and right below it is the number of credits that envelope will consume when sealed.

Credits and notification credits icons

The image above shows the icons located in the top bar of the Assin platform, on the right side. The first icon, which looks like a folder, indicates the number of credits available in the account. These credits are consumed for some actions directly involving envelopes and documents, such as sealing an envelope, for example.

The second icon indicates the number of notification credits available in the account. These credits will be consumed in actions involving notifications, such as sending a document for signing via SMS.

Let’s give another example: when sealing an envelope, an email was sent to the signer, but for some reason that email was not read and was forgotten. If the deadline to sign that envelope is approaching, you can notify the signer by email (an action that does not consume credits) or you can choose to send the document for signing via WhatsApp or SMS (which will consume notification credits).

Each plan offers a certain number of credits and notification credits. To check your plan and review the notification packages, simply access the “Plans” option in the platform’s side menu.

Here you can view your subscribed plan, switch plans, and purchase more notification credits. By clicking “Purchase” you will be redirected to our payment channel.
