How to edit the marker of an envelope

Even after an envelope has been sealed, it is still possible to change the marker associated with it.

With this feature, you can:

• Add a marker to an envelope that does not yet have one
• Remove the marker from an envelope
• Change the marker to another one already registered in the system

Follow the steps below to make this change.

1. Accessing the envelope

First, go to the My Envelopes page.

Find the desired envelope and click on it to open the Envelope Details screen.

2. Locking the envelope for editing

On the Envelope Details screen, click the Lock Envelope button.

This button allows you to edit some envelope information, including the marker.

3. Editing the marker

After locking the envelope, click the edit icon (pencil) located in the top right corner of the screen.

An edit modal will appear.

In this modal, you will find the Marker field, where you can:

• Add a marker
• Remove the current marker
• Change it to another existing marker

After making the desired change, click Save.

4. Unlocking the envelope

After saving the changes, return to the Envelope Details screen and click the Unlock Envelope button.

Once the envelope is unlocked, the marker change will already be applied.
