Using Assin as a company
The company (legal entity, PJ) account gathers features to work as a team and follow the operation. What each person sees depends on the role and permissions they received. For the individual account, see Using Assin as an individual.
Company account features
- Collaborators: invite the team and define what each one can do (send documents, manage users). Appears for those with permission to manage collaborators or managers. See Collaborators and permissions.
- Dashboard and Reports: indicators and exports, for managers and administrators (the Dashboard also appears for the founder). See Company dashboard and Reports.
- Batch Signing: batches and Markers. See Batch signing and How to use Markers.
- Templates: document models. See Create templates and Create documents using Templates.
- Integrations: API Keys and Webhook, when API access is enabled for the company. See API Keys and Webhooks.
- Company plans and Company invoices (and Subscription Management), available to managers and administrators. See Change plan and Invoices.
- Company documents: administrators see the documents of the whole company. See How to view and manage documents.
- Company contacts: a list shared with the team. See Contact Types.
- Switch company: appears in the avatar menu for those who belong to more than one company.
- Permission to send: those without the “Send Documents” permission can only view the envelopes.
- ICP-Brasil: the option to sign with ICP can only be used if the company has ICP enabled. See What is ICP-Brasil?.
What is the same as the individual account
Creating and sending envelopes, following status, signer groups, folders, personal contacts, verify document, support, profile and account security. The credits in the top bar become the company’s.
